| "Paul said, "Woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!" (1 Corinthians 9:16). But if some Christians were honest, they would say, "Woe is me if I have to preach the gospel." We need to ask God to change our hearts." -Pastor Greg Laurie | | |

| I find it quite disturbing at how racial slurs & stereotypes can almost, if not always, ignite an instant response of anger and disdain but simply laugh and joke along when "Christian" slurs & stereotypes are massively dealt out by the media. I'll admit, this realization came to my attention while I was watching the racial comment Rosie made on The View. No doubt about not being the only person offended by Rosie's comment, but I wonder, since when did Christianity become such a big joke? Since when did the seriousness of the fear of God become such a light-humored laugh? | | |
| Church is not a landfill/ city dump; please don't pile your gossips and rumors (garbage) there. Let's not do this to each other and let's do it for God. | | |
| http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Vt1hd0wet4 I know I may be a lil behind on the commercials since I stopped watching TV, but when I did finally turn it on today to keep my mind occupied when I was flossing, I saw the beloved Got Milk commercial series. And since I was only able to see a single ep, I later searched for more on youtube (oh the beloved source right next to google) and found all 5 eps. To my amazement, the very 5th ep (from above) conjured up the event that was taking place when Moses had came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of commandments in his arms only to discover the Israelites worshiping the golden calf. Although I was very much guilty of chuckling at all 5 of these short commercial eps and as much as I am well aware that the creature in the commerical was a cow and not a bull, I couldn't help but wonder, in the back of my mind, what the world has come to. Could it be possible that our culture, in the midst of advancements, is starting to tred down an old familiar road that has long been forgotten by many? Humm... I wonder. I guess we'll see what goes down as the slight past continues to creep up on the unsuspecting tomorrow. Toodles~ | | |
